- **Event Description**: Are you ready for autumn? Join Lona for a weekend yoga retreat on the banks of the Potomac, just minutes from Shepherdstown for this intimate gathering. We will practice, rest and commune with a small group of yogis as we welcome fall, release summer and prepare to winter. 

Sleeping arrangements range from communal rooms to private spaces. Prices include four sessions of yoga and meditation, five meals, private yoga sessions and access to the river, hot tub and grounds.

Check-in at 1pm on Friday, Check-out at 9:30am on Sunday.

Register by 31 July to receive $50 off your room; space is limited to eight guests.
