About the event

Coil a Kudzu Basket Workshop and Cherokee Storytelling with Nancy Basket

Using split kudzu vines, you will sew them back together again in a coiled basket. Handles can be made, alternative plant materials can also be used. Come find out what you might have in your backyard or neighborhood that begs to be put to good use. Wisteria anyone? Cherokee cultural stories told and discussed.
