Want to feel stronger, stretch better, and dance longer—but the gym’s not your thing?
Wriggle Fit is a fun, no-intimidation fitness class tailored specifically for dancers. Led by Manal—our friendly trainer with 20+ years in the fitness game and a love for dance—this semi-private Saturday morning session will boost your stamina, strength and mobility, without a bootcamp vibe.

🎽Wear whatever you’re comfortable exercising in. BYO yoga mat.
🔒 Limited to 10 spots each week

A pre-exercise medical questionnaire is required before starting class. If you book online we will email this to you.

🅿️There is a 2hr free parking lot and 2hrs along Garners Ave (the side street to the studio)
