Come experience a one-of-a-kind healing workshop with Bri Morse, Somatic Exercise Specialist, and Justin Provoncha, Certified Hypnotherapist. This one-hour journey blends gentle movement and guided hypnosis to help you release what's been weighing on you physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Begin with 30 minutes of slow, subtle somatic exercises with Bri that unwind chronic tension, reset your nervous system, and help you feel safe in your body again. Whether you're carrying stress, old trauma, or just everyday pressure, this practice helps you soften and reset without strain or intensity.

Then 30 minutes of inner exploration, curiosity, and transformation. Justin will guide you through a deeply calming hypnotherapy experience that allows you to release fear, rewire stress, and reconnect with inner peace without having to talk about your past or rehash your problems. You will walk away lighter, more grounded, and with a felt sense of clarity, strength, and emotional freedom.
