Please join us for Memory Care Connections

Guided by our Dementia Education Specialist, come for a time of support and understanding with others who are facing similar challenges related to caring for someone with Alzheimer’s Disease or dementia. We’ll have different conversations and education every month following. Light refreshments will be provided.
