Evening Candlelit Sound bath Session at Manor Walk Wellness

Allow yourself the time to relax & reset before your week begins.

During the 45 minute sound session, you are invited to stretch out, relax, and allow your body and mind to rest and rejuvenate while listening to carefully selected instruments that use specific frequencies to aid in healing and rest.

Sound therapy has been scientifically proven to provide a wide range of benefits for the mind, body, and spirit:
-Deep Relaxation; vibrations can reduce muscle tension and inflammation

Mats and cushions provided but please feel free to bring extra items for your comfort.
