Over the 5 weeks you will learn how to massage your baby from head to toe using safe and effective IAIM techniques. Baby Massage is suitable from 2 weeks until active crawling. You will also learn a separate colic routine and reflexology. On the last session you will learn some basic yoga to do with baby. The price includes a welcome pack with oil and booklet. On the final week you will receive a certificate which we will put baby's hand or foot print on.
Baby Massage has lots of benefits for both you and your little one and babies are welcomed as babies so if they cry, need to feed or be changed that's absolutely fine. It is a lovely way of meeting other new mums in a calm and relaxing environment helping you with some of the many challenges of bringing a new baby into the world.
The venue is a warm, clean and a modern building and has baby changing facilities and a lovely café for you to enjoy.
