The wound wept. Blood issued forth around the handle of the blade, sticking out with an air of finality from the ribcage of the kneeling woman, who collapsed backwards into the dirt onto her bound arms. The knife's owner crouched over her body and gripped the hilt, withdrawing the weapon as he spoke, "I know you do not understand that this is a gift... but we do not have the luxury of time." The other prisoners, bound, gagged and kneeling issued muffled screams of rage as the figure carefully inspected his weapon before advancing towards the next in line. "I hope he will see fit to give you understanding. To know that your suffering will save countless others from suffering our fate." Another wound wept.
The wound wept. Jordan gripped her neck tightly, cursing loudly as the blood streamed through her fingers, slickening her grip in warm rivulets. "Someone answer me!" She yelled angrily into her radio, "something big just fell in, the whole area's unstable, something just spliced into my neck and I'm trying to pull it out, if we don't get my caravan unstuck we're all dead!" Her fingers tightened around the object lodged in her neck, and with a roar of agony she pulled it free in a spray of crimson that splashed the dashboard. As her reddened hands sought the controls of her vehicle for another fruitless attempt at departure, a crowd of figures lurched slowly towards the small convoy of vehicles, as the lone wall behind them loomed ominously, bearing faded yet distinct paint reading "Mastroni's Preserves".
The wound wept. Blood welled up between pieces of charred flesh. Carter stared through blurry eyes at the mangled remains of his hand, barely more than a wrist at this point, before letting it slump to the ground beside him as he lay against the tree, breath coming in short, laboured gasps. As the shockwave of explosions rolled through the ground and bullets sailed past him, peppering the foliage, he closed his eyes and waited for the embrace of the end, wondering if this time would be his last. His musings were interrupted by the screeching robotic call of the things that had attacked them. As one broke formation and stomped towards him, he closed his eyes again. And dreamt of home.

This will be a full weekend event, please pack lots of warm dry clothing to get you through as the weather has started to turn cool! We will have safety gear and extra clothing in case of emergency, and a camp shower available to help with cooling off.
Log opens at 1900 (7pm) and we aim to start game at 2300 (11pm), though you are free to arrive early and set up camp in advance.
The cost to attend the event is $60, if you prelog in advance. Otherwise you may register at the site on the day of for $70. You may purchase up to two additional AP at a cost of $10 each. (Prelog is administered through our website, linked below)
