Granite Hill in Concert

Bluegrass is alive and well, and tapping its toes, as we present The Granite Hill Bluegrass Band. Five very experienced, always busy, and popular musicians for the delight of our Middle Grey audience. Meet Al Draper, the passionate and nationally recognized lead bluegrass voice and guitarist, Doug McNaughton, the Master fiddle teacher, Norm Tellier, the tenor vocalist, and twice recipient of the Central Canada Bluegrass Award as Mandolin Player of the Year, Neil Cudney, upright bassist, and vocals, who is rumoured to embody Granite Hill’s energy and spirit, and Steve Greer, a 40 year veteran of performing and recording, who contributes his 5-string banjo and baritone vocals. Among other summer gigs, Granite Hill was featured on the June 1st Elmira Sunday Night Concert Series and is heading north next week to the River Valley Bluegrass Jamboree in West Nipissing. Don’t miss this joyful group of Canadian troubadours as they perform dynamic harmonies and bang out high energy instrumentals on Friday, September 12th!
