Greetings denizens!
We will be undertaking a build project this weekend (August 29th to 31st), with two aims in mind:
1. Continuing development of the gravel road- we will be extending the road from the hill to the crossroads. This will require:
- Folks to assist with spreading gravel once it is dropped (this will involve shoveling/raking
- Folks to assist with keeping the geotextile cloth underneath spread out
2. Clearing out the new ops site. This will require:
- Folks to assist with cutting down trees
- Folks to assist with clearing brush
- Folks to assist with pulling up roots from brush/trees
Additionally, I will be remaining on site for the following week (September 1st to 5th) along with a select group of people to start the construction of the first ops building. If you are skilled in construction and would like to assist please DM Brandon and we can discuss!
If you'd like to undertake your own projects on site such as building cabins or clearing out camping areas you are welcome to do so, just check in with Brandon!
