Monterey Peninsula Barter Fair

Welcome to the Monterey Peninsula Barter Fair! Join us at the Marina Library for our next barter event. We'll meet outdoors at the front of the Marina Library near the picnic tables and play area.

Bring your handmade arts & crafts, homegrown produce, homemade food and/or skills to exchange with others in the community. Don't miss this opportunity to barter for unique items, share your skills with others and build relationships with fellow barter enthusiasts.

Note: This is an outdoor event. Please bring a table, surface or blanket if you have something portable (there will be some tables for those who can't bring their own). Wear outdoor clothes and comfortable shoes.

Our first barter in March was a success with over 80 offerings from nearly 60 barterers who attended across our two events (we added a morning session to accommodate all those who registered). It was a delight to meet so many talented and creative people.In our post-event survey, 100% of respondents reported being Likely or Very Likely to recommend the event to others. One attendee stated: “All I saw was joy on faces.”
