Culver West Alexander Playground Community Meeting

Join us for a new Community Meeting where we will share details of the playground remake. This is your chance to see how your ideas helped shape the future of play in Culver City!

Based on your input we have added the following from the initial meeting:
+Additional fencing to protect the street facing side of the playground
+Additional shade structures over the swings
+The new surfacing will be comprised of new rubber material instead of recycled tires

Let’s come together to celebrate the next step in revitalizing our park for kids, families, and neighbors. We can’t wait to show you what’s coming!

The Playground at Culver West Alexander Park has been selected to become a National Demonstration Site. It also has been awarded a grant to cover 50% of the new playground equipment cost. Info: https://www.playcore.com/nds
