PRCS Halloween Costume Contest and Movie in the Park

Get your Halloween costumes ready for the PRCS costume contest and movie in the park on October 25, 2025 at Veterans Memorial Park from 5 PM-8 PM! This FREE family event is open to all ages.

5:00 PM: Costume Parade

6:30 PM: Grab your picnic blanket and chairs, we'll bring the popcorn for a showing of the Disney movie Halloweentown.

In Halloweentown,13-year-old Marnie Piper learns she is a witch on Halloween, despite her mother's ban on the holiday. When her grandmother Aggie warns of a dark force threatening Halloweentown, Marnie and her siblings, Dylan and Sophie, join her in the magical village to confront a warlock aiming to destroy both Halloweentown and the mortal world.
