Jr. Players Present: OZ!

MOVP will present Oz! August 8 at 7:00 p.m., August 9 at 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., and August 10 at 3:00 p.m. This show is presented by our Jr. Players, our program of talented 8 - 16 year olds. Tickets are $10 and are available at midohiovalleyplayers.com

Please note: there are two casts for this show, Cast A which will perform Friday night and Saturday afternoon, and Cast B which will perform Saturday night and Sunday afternoon. If you are wanting to see a certain performer, please check with them before purchasing tickets to verify the cast they are in.

"The timeless tale has been adapted into a dazzling musical. A cyclone carries Dorothy and Toto to the magical Land of Oz. When Dorothy’s house squashes the Wicked Witch of the East, she is ecstatically thanked by the liberated Munchkins and given permission to wear the witch’s powerful silver slippers. From there, Baum’s lovable characters — rubber-legged Scarecrow, Cowardly Lion, and Tin Woodsman — join Dorothy on a journey to meet the great Oz. While on their trek, they battle the Wicked Witch of the West, who is determined to get revenge for the death of her sister."
