Restorative Yoga

A Grounding Restorative Yoga practice for Women at the Lovelight Temple in Margate.

Self discovery through the physical body, aimed at nurturing a deeper connection to self whilst supporting your immune system, mental clarity and calming the nervous system.

Empowering you to come back to a sense of wholeness and create harmony in the body.

Please bring an open heart, your yoga mat and water bottle.

We start at 7am till 8am.

No bookings required simply show up on time and roll out your mat and join our community in prioritising your self care.
