What To Expect:
Free community practice in Flow Arts. Seasoned Performers practicing for the community. Relaxed, safe and serene environment. Dress warmly, pack in some snacks for yourself & something to keep you hydrated.

Practicing:
Fire Safety & Spraying off of Fire Poi & Fire Staff. Ensuring high quality standards and working towards new and improved movements in both pieces of equipment.

Remember to:
Help keep Margate Main Beach clean, tidy and safe. Ensure your personal belongings are in a safe place within the group and ensure that you are dressed warmly, have something to nibble on for later and something to keep you hydrated.
