What Is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra is a non-movement, 5 part, deep relaxation technique that offers space for deep rest, relaxation, and unwinding.
What Is Breath Practice?
Breath practice offers us connection to our life force and a direct line to interact with the nervous system. During these sessions you will be guided through various breath practices that can be utilized as stress management tools.
