Soulful Sunset Sound Bath by Bold Sound @ Soul Nook

Join us in the magic light of a Saturday Sunset at The Soul Nook for a beautiful and soothing 60 minutes of sound meditation to harmonise and balance body, mind and soul, taking your meditation to the next level of deep peace and relaxation. What better way to be kinder to yourself by taking time to honour the magic within.

Rebecca from Bold Sounds will guide you spending 60 minutes escaping your mind and going into deep inner peace with guided group meditation and crystal bowl sound healing drumming, chimes and clearing and cleansing sage ritual.

All are welcome, including children over the age of eight. They will need to lie still for the 60 minutes and be conscious of the mediative silence.

Blankets, pillows and cushions are provided and refreshments will be available from the Soul Nook before and after. Tickets are available via link and to truely appreciate the healing this group can offer, spots will be limited so jump in now to secure time for you.
