Sponsored by Bentwater Brewery, Silly Theatre Productions teams up with Marblehead Little Theatre once again to bring Accidentally on Purpose Improv Comedy Troupe to the MLT stage.

Spontaneous, entertaining, and fun! Accidentally on Purpose (AOP) is one of the hottest improv comedy troupes in New England. The founders performed professionally in Boston with scripted improv shows such as Awesome 80's Prom & Claddagh Bing Irish Italian Wedding show. This seasoned hilarious troupe's comedy style is similar to the popular TV show "Whose Line is It Anyway?"

The evening requires interactive madcap involvement of the audience with scene suggestions and volunteer opportunities. The AOP Improv troupe has a varied and eclectic cast of professionals whose day jobs include author, teacher, tradesmen, salesperson and corporate executive, and who have been laughing together for over a decade. These exciting day jobs serve to add a unique flavor to the comedy weaving throughout the night.

Improv comedy with complimentary beer provided by our Sponsor Bentwater Brewery. The audience will be able to participate in a joke contest with prizes to open the show. So bring your best joke to win!
