Summer Solstice Embodiment Workshop

A sacred space to root, rise, and receive

Join us in celebrating the light of the Summer Solstice with an intentional morning of embodiment, creativity, and healing. Together, we’ll move through:

✨ Somatic movement to awaken and ground the body
🫖 Herbal tea + nourishing snacks to support integration
🎨 A gentle craft practice to work with your hands and heart
💫 Reiki + Sound Healing to close—anchoring your energy with deep presence

In this co-created space, you’ll be held by two intuitive guides:

🔹 Ray Jean will offer gentle Reiki to help clear and balance your energetic body, restoring flow and vitality. Reiki invites deep relaxation, emotional release, and a return to your natural rhythm.

🔹 Elizabeth Sanchez will guide you through a multi-instrument sound journey designed to harmonize your nervous system and support integration. Through crystal bowls, chimes, and other healing sounds, you’ll be invited into a state of receptivity and inner peace.

This is a time to honor your light, reconnect with your body, and celebrate the magic of midsummer in a deeply supported way. All are welcome.
