Join us for a heartfelt, soul-nourishing New Moon Circle created for mamas and their little ones (6-11) to slow down and reconnect, with each other, to themselves, and to the rhythms of the moon.
This month’s circle falls under the tender and intuitive energy of Cancer, the zodiac’s sacred mother.
Cancer invites us to nurture, protect, and honour our memories, making this an especially beautiful time to create space for emotional connection and grounding rituals with our children.
Together, we will explore:
✨ A gentle Mom & Me mindfulness meditation to centre and settle
✨ An intro to the beautiful Cancer energy through storytelling.
✨ A creative Mother & child activity to capture cherished moments
✨ A simple yet powerful New Moon ritual and intention-setting practice
