TriYoga Therapeutics StressLess Session

During this fun, informative and deeply relaxing session you will be given valuable insights for your nervous system and a variation of practices to stimulate the vagus nerve.

• Understand the power of perception and the transformative influence in becoming the observer of your thoughts.
• Gain knowledge about your sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system, including the influence our diet has, and the integral part the vagus nerve plays when it is gently stimulated.
• Be guided through some simple yet powerful practices, plus TriYoga Therapeutic flows and long held asanas designed to stimulate the vagus nerve and reduce stress.
• We will complete the session with a relaxing yoga nidra, pranayama and a loving kindness meditation.

As is usual for our Triyoga Therapeutic practices they will be done in a space of deep relaxation, supported by comfortable props.

Through mindful breathing and intentional stillness, we listen to our own bodies and honour our own physical limits.

TriYoga Therapeutics StressLess Session will be held on Saturday 26th April at 1.30pm at Motion Connect, 17 Anderson Street, Cairns.
