Got a bad back and its stopping you exercise? 😬

As a remedial therapist helping backs recover through therapy, I am also a qualified yoga teacher who understands what having a bad back feels like and how yoga can help it thrive.

I'll be hosting six sessions online to help those who need to slowly move their backs safely to help them recover 🧘‍♀️
