Wellness Walk and Morning Stretch

Take in the natural beauty of Kingwood Center Gardens and breathe in the fresh air. Dress for the weather, including appropriate footwear. Trek a 3/4 mile loop, then finish with a 10-minute stretch session designed to improve muscle tone, flexibility, and range of motion. Feel refreshed and restored in mind, body, and spirit!

$10 for Non-Members
Free for Members and SilverSneakers® (must show card upon arrival)

Registration for group exercise classes will open one week prior to each class. Limited spots are available. Classes may be moved indoors in case of inclement weather.
