'Self Defence for Everyone' workshop at MACE

This inclusive self-defence workshop is designed for everyone (ages 12+) - no matter your fitness level, experience, or background. Because you already have the power to protect yourself, and this session will help you discover it.

Led by Howard Kimber, founder of Fight Back Women’s Self Defence and a second dan black belt with over 25 years’ experience, this workshop is about building confidence, not fear. Howard’s teaching style is friendly, supportive, and fun - never intimidating or boot camp–like.

Since starting Fight Back in 2013, Howard’s mission has been simple: to help women and girls realise they already possess the power to defend themselves and to ensure that fear never gets in the way of fully enjoying life.

Forget Hollywood-style moves - this is real-world self-defence designed to keep you safe for life, not just impress your friends for a day.
