Mental Health Wellbeing Walk and Talk

Good Morning Guys, hope you are all well. Thought i had best post again as my original post had a Date in June for the Walk and I have also included our August group dates.

Also I would like to set up a Talk and Train Session if anybody would be interested and and Gyms/Instructors would be interested in supporting our Men’s Mental Health Group

I have been looking through memories and noticed that it’s 4 years since I lost my Dad. Grief is a difficult thing, it’s hard to understand, it’s hard to deal with and we have no idea when or how it will affect us. What I can tell you is that it will affect every single one of us at some point. There is no right way to deal with grief, it never goes away, you just learn a new way of life.
From my own experience all I can say is don’t hold onto the past because it affects your future, remember the good times, be the best version of you and let your Grief give you the strength to give your best every single day. It’s not easy at times, when it gets difficult take time for yourselves. Look after yourselves first.

Talking has helped me a lot and we set up the Men’s Group and Walk and Talk to support others. You aren’t alone, You have the Strength, believe in yourself and reach your true potential.
