Fall Prevention Workshop - July

Stay Active, Stay Safe: Prevent Falls and Live Confidently!

Join us for a Fall Prevention Workshop designed to help you stay active and confident! Learn how to identify common fall risk factors, modify your home environment to reduce hazards, and engage in exercises that improve strength, balance, flexibility, and endurance. Balance screenings will also be offered to assess fall risk for interested participants. Whether you’ve experienced a fall or just want to prevent one, this workshop is a great way to take control of your safety and well-being.

This workshop is designed for adults who have started restricting their activity levels due to concerns about falling, have experienced a fall in the past, or want to improve their ability to participate in daily activities at home and in the community.

Cost: Free

When: July 10, from 3 - 4:30 p.m.
