Join us for an intentional evening of nervous system reset through conscious breathwork, Hapé, and Sananga — with space to release, reconnect, and come back to yourself.

No experience needed. Just show up as you are.

You’ll be guided through:-Breathwork to regulate your nervous system + release stress-Hapé for grounding, clarity + emotional calm-Sananga for deep cleansing + presence-Fire ceremony after for integration + release
