BBQ, Swim, Chill, Family Friendly Day
11am - 6pm, Saturday 26th July 2025
**Venue:** 2 Reservoir Rd, Manoora / Club Reservoir space for those who are familiar
(Parking on Little Pease Street), Look for the Rainbow Flag
**BYO:** What to bring :
Sausages, Onions, Bread, Sauces will be supplied for this one (Hosts supplying again 🤗). Also have some veges to make vege skewers for those who prefer not to eat meat 🙂
~Gold coin donation appreciated but not expected~
If you would like anything else please bring it an we/you can cook it up *
- We'll fire up the BBQ around 1230/1 -
Snacks and drinks** are BYO so bring what you like/want.
Swimming gear if your keen, perfect place to swim in a safe private backyard space or just lay in the sun an relax.
If boardgames are your thing theres plenty of space, tables and chairs to play. (Selection of different level games will be available or bring your favourite)
Feel free to pop in anytime between 11am and 6pm.

*Basic kitchen facilities available. Vegan/Vegetarian/Gluten free cooking space available for those who need it.
*Please bring your own special food requirements as we are unable to supply them at this point.
**Alcohol is okay but please be aware this is a family friendly event not intended to be a huge raging party so appropriate behaviour will be expected from/by everyone who comes.
