Come along to a morning writing workshop with author R.A. Stephens where she will help you create an adventure story! Laura will chat about our new upcoming adventure story collection, Wondrous Tales: Adventures from The Mad Hatters Bookshop and how to submit a story, and kids will use story cubes & writing prompts to brainstorm ideas.

After a pizza lunch, in the afternoon illustrator Brent Wilson will show kids how to create a graphic novel! Followed by quiet reading time, puzzles & snacks.

This event will run from 10am-2pm. Bookings required - it is $65/child for ages 9+, which includes a pizza lunch, snacks, and a copy of Whimsical Tales from The Mad Hatters Bookshop and Frog, Log & Dave to bring home.
