During this workshop, Dr. Andrew Callister & Laura Gutierrez will first take you on an exploration of the breath from a physical aspect, and then guide you on a journey of expanding your consciousness and awareness, where tension is released, creating space within you for more connection, clarity and inner peace.
You will then be bathed in sound frequencies, allowing you to simply rest and letting your being return to its natural harmonious state. A beautiful moment of surrender and integration.
