Summer Solstice Flow

Celebrate the Summer Solstice with a joyful, all levels yoga flow. This class honors the longest day of the year—a time of vitality, expansion, and light. We'll begin with breath-centered grounding, flow through energizing sun-inspired sequences, and close with cooling, restorative poses and a brief guided meditation. All levels welcome. 60 minutes.
