Join this limited, seasonal balance series as we transition from late summer to early fall.
As nature moves from the fullness of late summer into the crisp clarity of autumn, our bodies and minds are called to do the same—slow down, simplify, and let go.
Harvest & Heal is a 4-week wellness series rooted in the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine and supported through gentle yoga and community acupuncture. This offering is designed to help you align with the Earth and Metal elements—the energetic bridge between nourishment and release.
Guided by Suzie of Begin Again Acupuncture, each 60-minute session begins with a grounding yoga flow focused on digestion, breath, and emotional balance. You’ll then ease into a deeply restorative savasana, where you’ll receive acupuncture tailored to support immunity, lung and large intestine meridians, and the process of seasonal transition—physically, mentally, and energetically.
Step into the season with intention. Nourish what sustains you and gently release what no longer serves. Harvest your inner strength—and heal into balance.
