Community Cleanup Series: Red Jacket Valley Park (on water)

Join us for a day of environmental action in the great outdoors as we clean up Red Jacket Valley Park in Mankato. Great weather, good company, and plenty of treasures await you. This is an ON WATER event so bring out your kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards.

Blue Earth Project will provide all other necessary equipment including bags, high visibility vests, and gloves. All you need to do is show up!

This is one of many community cleanups that we will be hosting in 2025. New this year is the introduction of our data collection app that you can use on your own device to help us conduct a litter study in Greater Mankato.

Please bring your own water. A small backpack could prove useful.

Parking** (details TBD)

Participants must be 12 and older, those aged 12-17 are required to have a parent/guardian signed permission form.

Supervision on site for youth is 1 adult to 3 youth.
