“At the Edge of the Woods” features sculptures by Liz McCombs, bringing together a collection of hybrid forms: creatures caught between the human and the animal, the civilized and the wild. Figures invite viewers to confront the blurred line between nature and identity, instinct and intellect, suggesting a world where transformation is constant and boundaries are fluid. The show becomes a quiet invocation, asking what we leave behind — and what we might become — when we step into the woods.
