Community Meeting: Water Meter Replacement Project

The City of Manitou Springs invites all residents to attend a Community Meeting about the upcoming Water Meter Replacement Project.

Date: Thursday, August 14
Time: 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Location: Memorial Hall, 606 Manitou Avenue

This project will replace outdated, manually read meters with modern, automated meters that provide real-time water usage data. These upgrades will improve meter accuracy, leak detection, and long-term water conservation.

The meeting will cover:
• Why meter replacement is necessary
• How and when to schedule your appointment
• An overview of the optional customer portal
• City code requirements and compliance

Water meter replacement is mandatory for all Manitou Springs residential properties. We encourage you to attend and learn more about what to expect and how to prepare.
