Kitten Yoga

Kitten yoga is back! Explore beginner friendly yoga poses with Diana Bradley while enjoying the company of furry friends from our local animal shelter, Homeward Bound. Come for the relaxation and health benefits-- stay for some cuddles! And maybe find one you want to bring home :)

Please note that Kitten Yoga involves live felines that will be walking freely around the meeting room space. This event may not be suitable for those with allergies to cats.

This program is intended for adults.
