PinPride is back with a new location, more machines, and more players! This matchplay tournament for LGBTQIA+ pinball players and allies will feature seven rounds of qualifying for up to 80 players and finals for top 8. We're excited to host our biggest event yet after raising more than $6,000 at Valentine's Gay and more than $24,000 to date!
Preregistration for up to 80 players will open at noon Eastern time on Monday, June 9 at
https://matchplay.live/pinpride2025 with $10 entry fee to Jess (venmo @zeta6742 w/ last four digits 1371 or paypal jessicaleewarren at hotmail). Open to all skill levels and new players welcome. It's Father's Day, so bring your dad!
Check in starting at 12 p.m., tournament starts at 1 p.m. Seven rounds of match play in 3- or 4-player groups, with 7/5/3/1 scoring and balanced pairings. Top 8 make PAPA-style finals. Plunge all extra balls. Semifinals and finals will be three games with 4/2/1/0 scoring where top seed has choice of game or player order; top 2 from each semifinal group advance to finals. IFPA sanctioned.
Approximate payouts based on 80 players:
• 1st place: $80 + trophy
• 2nd place: $60 + trophy
• 3rd place: $45 + trophy
• 4th place: $25 + trophy
• 5th-8th place: $15
• $350 donated to Ali Forney Center (
https://www.aliforneycenter.org/, additional donations welcome with your registration or at the event via cash, venmo, or paypal)
