🏃‍♂️💦 STRIDE & GLIDE is back, your monthly hybrid fitness challenge combining running drills and swimming workouts into one powerful 75-minute group session!

Each class is designed to boost your:
✅ Endurance
✅ Strength
✅ Technique
✅ Stamina

Whether you're prepping for the MALC Tryathlon or just want to mix up your training, this is your chance to level up your fitness game.

Perfect for all fitness levels, just bring your energy!

📆 Session Dates:
Saturday 5th July | 8:15am – 9:30am (Indoor Training)
Saturday 2nd August | 8:15am – 9:30am (Indoor Training)
Saturday 6th September | 8:15am – 9:30am (Outdoor Training)

🧾 What to Bring:
Workout clothes & running shoes 👟
Swimwear, cap & goggles 🏊‍♀️
Water bottle & towel 💧

🚨 Please note: Crèche will not be available for the 6th September session due to outdoor location and legislative requirements.

Participants are encouraged to stay for the entire 75-minute session, full participation = full impact! 💥
