Fun Fit for Everyone- 2 July

Looking for something active to do during the week in a space that’s welcoming, flexible and inclusive?

Fun Fit for Everyone is a free four-week fitness and movement trial program at the MARC, co-designed by local people with disability and support workers. It’s been shaped to meet the needs of people of all abilities — with activities you can join in however feels right for you.

You’ll find group games, gentle movement, chair-friendly fitness, and a quiet table with sensory items at every session. Support workers are welcome and encouraged to join in too.

It’s a great way to move your body, meet others and spend time in a community space that’s been created with accessibility and inclusion at its core.

When: Wednesdays, 12:30pm – 1:30pm from 11 June to 2 July

Cost: Free – registrations required.
