About the event

Memorial Day MURPH Workout
Join us for our annual Memorial Day MURPH event as we honor our fallen heros with a workout named after LT. Michael Murphy, who was killed in battle in 2005.

"MURPH" is as follows:

1 mile run

100 pull ups

200 push ups

300 air squats

1 mile run

*You may complete this workout as an individual, partner, or team. Reps can be partitioned as desired. A 20# vest may be worn. All movements and the run may be modified to meet your needs so please don't let the volume of this workout deter you from participating! All fitness levels are able to complete this. Feel free to bring a friend!

*If working with a partner or a team, only 1 sign up slot is needed. Put your partner or team names in the notes when signing up.
