Join us for a community celebration!
Mandan High School has been nationally recognized as a Special Olympics Unified Champion School!
What does this mean?
This is HUGE — and we want to celebrate it with our community!
Being named a Unified Champion School means that Mandan High School is leading the way in creating a school culture where every student feels welcomed, included, and valued. It reflects our commitment to:
- Inclusive sports that bring students with and without intellectual disabilities together
- Inclusive youth leadership opportunities that empower students to make their school a better place
- Whole-school engagement that builds a climate of respect, belonging, and unity
Additionally, MHS has been added to the ESPN Honor Roll! The ESPN Honor Roll recognizes schools across the country that are leading the way in inclusion. Only a small number of schools are selected each year, so earning both honors is really special!
Join us as we celebrate these incredible achievements and recognize the students, staff, and supporters who make inclusion part of our everyday culture at MHS.
