The Kouign-Amann is known as the fattiest (in a good way) dessert in Europe. Sweet and delicious, this pastry is somewhat halfway between a croissant and a palmier with a very unique shape. It is crispy on the outside and creamy moist on the inside. Join us in a hands-on workshop and learn how to make Kouign-Amann at home. In this class, Chef Carlo Estagle will also teach you how to make the Puff Pastry Brioche Dough and show you how to turn them into Danish Bretzels and a Monroe Loaf.
