Yoga with Victor - Wednesday course (week 1)

Join Victor for an uplifting vinyasa yoga course. You can book the full course or book drop in classes. Together we will move through energising yoga postures, restorative stretches and end with a blissful relaxation. These classes are friendly and welcoming to all.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Calming breath work
Energising yoga, restorative yoga & deep guided relaxation

WHAT TO BRING: Yoga mat, water, yoga/exercise clothes, jumper, socks & blanket (optional - yoga block, bolster, cushion)
Mats are provided if required
