You will be lovingly guided through calming breath work, restorative yoga postures plus deep relaxation. The magical alchemy crystal healing bowls will support you to release energy that no longer serves you, and will recharge your body, mind and soul.

* Sound healing is not suitable for 1st trimester of pregnancy & those with a pacemaker
