Chakra & Sound Healing at ASV

Join Sarah for a magical Chakra & Sound Healing event. You will be lovingly guided through calming breath work, deep relaxation and chakra alignment. Alchemy crystal healing bowls and therapeutic sound healing will be used throughout. This event is suitable for all (no yoga postures).
