Eager beavers bookclub

10am - 11.30am
The cost is £3.50 per child for resources and a badge (this is a pound more because the badge is £1.70)
This group isn’t run by the library but is run by me myself if payment not made within 24 hours the slot become available for someone else as I plan and prep in advance.
The theme for this session is Aquarium Challenge (Pawprint Badge)
[ ] Watch a video all about aquarium.
[ ] Have the story Thr Rainbow Fish (Other Element)
[ ] Make a collage aquarium. (Craft Element)
[ ] Colour a fish. (Craft Element)
[ ] Have a game of bingo. (Game Element)
[ ] Learn what qualifications you will need to work in an aquarium. (Other Element)
[ ] Finish with biscuits and a drink.
As always if we don't get everything done you can take them home, I know I can plan alot 🤣
FOR THE FOOD ELEMENT - Can you make an aquarium Jelly and bring to the Library to show me? - I will NEED to see this for you to get your badge.
Once all these are complete you will receive a badge. We can then arrange a trip to the aquarium if you would like.
The book club is aimed at younger children aged 5-8 years but older children very welcome if you think they’d enjoy it. This isn't a drop off sessions parents/carers must stay with there child/children and help them with the activities if needed. All places need to be booked and paid for in advance so please message me to book.
The library only has very limited opening times but is an open access members library so members can use the library anytime between 8am and 8pm.
Wednesday mornings are Open Access for members only.
If you are a Tameside library member and don’t have open access set up yet then ask your librarian to get this set up for you if you’re wanting to join us.
If you’re not a Tameside library member you would need to get membership before this group. It’s very quick and easy to do. You don’t need to be a Tameside resident. You can then access the library during Open Access times.
I will not be able to let people into the library. You must access via the Open Access system so you are logged into the building.
