Yoga with Victor - Monday drop in class

Join Victor for an uplifting vinyasa yoga class. Together we will move through energising yoga postures, restorative stretches and end with a blissful relaxation. These classes are friendly and welcoming to all.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Calming breath work
Energising yoga, restorative yoga & deep guided relaxation

WHAT TO BRING: Yoga mat, water, yoga/exercise clothes, jumper, socks & blanket (optional - yoga block, bolster, cushion)
Mats are provided if required

STUDIO ETIQUETTE: Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the class start time
