Soothing Stillness: A Restorative Evening w/Sarita Nanda

Join us for a blissful Restorative evening to unwind and rejuvenate.

Restorative Yoga is designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and support a deep sense of rest and ease.. By using bolsters, blankets, and blocks, the body is fully supported in long-held, gentle passive stretches. As the body settles into support, it invites rest through stillness, healing, and a gentle return of the mind to a state of ease.

At times, Sarita will gently weave in soothing Vedic mantra singing and moments of silence throughout the practice, enhancing the meditative space and allowing the body and mind to fully let go into deep relaxation.

No experience is needed, this workshop is open to all levels.

The studio will provide yoga props, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer. You're also welcome to bring a pillowcase to cover the bolster for added freshness and comfort.
