Monthly meet-up - South Manchester parkrun

IT'S THE BIG ONE!

1st November is not only World Vegan Day but will also mark the 10th anniversary of the first Manchester Vegan Runners meet-up: a 5k at South Manchester parkrun followed by breakfast at Eighth Day.

We would LOVE anyone who has ever been to a meet-up (even if they aren't currently a club member, or a runner*) to join us back at South Manchester parkrun to mark the occassion. There will, of course, be a special breakfast too. And cake.

* Walkers and volunteers will be made to feel extremely welcome

What is a parkrun? Parkruns are free, weekly, timed 5km events run by volunteers. You can run, jog or walk, it's not a race! You need to register once in advance and bring a copy of your barcode to get a result from any parkrun in the UK. Sign-up here https://www.parkrun.org.uk/

Wear your Vegan Runners clobber so we can find you! Make sure that you have Vegan Runners set up as one of your clubs on your parkrun profile.
